AVI’s Annual Impact Reports capture the breadth of our work each year in international development, highlighting our achievements and taking a look back on our performance for the financial year.
AVI believes in rigorous and transparent financial accountability. Each year the AVI Executive and Board presents its financial report and program overview to its partners, donors and supporters. We publish this report in the interest of financial transparency.

During 2023-24, AVI continued to support significant programs across our region and the globe, strengthening capacity with partners and sharing reciprocal learning and experiences.
We managed a total of 456 volunteer assignments in 26 countries, including 144 hybrid, 78 remote assignments and 234 in-country assignments.
We also initiated a number of new partnerships and discovered new and innovative ways to deliver on our organisation’s core purpose – to enable people to create the change they want to see through sharing and exchanging skills, experience, knowledge and building relationships between people and cultures.
