As part of our Finance team, and reporting directly to our CFO, this role will be responsible for an accurate month end close process and reconciliations, monthly financial reporting and annual reporting processes.  They will play a key role in developing and enhancing existing reporting for Project Managers, Executive team, Board Committees, and the Board.

This role will suit you if you like working in fast-paced environments, and so needs someone who can be flexible and comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity.

This role is Full-Time, or 0.8 FTE (4 days per week) will also be considered.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance and CA/CPA qualification
• Relevant experience working in a similar finance role
• Demonstrated experience managing accurate month and year-end financial processes
• Solid understanding of finance ERP systems
• Experience in the analysis, interpretation, evaluation and dissemination of financial and other business information to support business decision-making
• Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
• Excellent financial literacy and strong attention to detail
• Strong understanding of Financial Accounting
