AVI acknowledges its accountabilities to its various stakeholders and is committed to stakeholder engagement and responding to complaints in an effective, transparent and clearly defined manner.
To make a complaint you can do so in the following ways:

For complaints with relation to Child Protection, please refer to AVI’s Child Protection Policy.
If you believe there has been a breach of the ACFID Code of Conduct, you can lodge a complaint on their website.
