To do this, we work with a broad range of International partners organisation across a number of programs responding to locally identified priorities. These include businesses, government departments, multilateral agencies and non-profit organisations.
Through these partnerships, we help build capacity through shared value initiatives, student mobilisation and the deployment of highly skilled Australian volunteers, Technical Advisors, Consultants and Mentors.
Since 1951, AVI has help support effective development outcomes with over 3,000 partner organisations in 89 developing countries, always bound by the conviction that the most effective change is locally owned and led.
The connections we build with our international partners develop into rewarding, cross- sector relationships where development flows both ways, promoting cohesion and reciprocity.
Most importantly, we know the most effective partnerships are built on shared values, which lie at the core of any successful collaboration.
If you are a potential International partner – from any sector – interested in learning how AVI can help support positive, sustainable, locally-driven change, we want to hear from you.
