The United National Volunteers (UNV) programme is part of the United Nationsthat aims to support human development globally through volunteerism.  You will find volunteer opportunities, specialist resources, and a host of development opportunities to keep you informed.

Australian Council for International Development (ACFID) is the coordinating body for non-government overseas aid and international development agencies in Australia and AVI is a Full ACFID Member. If you want to understand the intricacies of the development sector in the Australia then this is the place to start.
