To do this, we work with a broad range of Australian partners including private sector organisations, government departments, not-for-profit organisations, academic institutions and industry groups across a number of programs.
These partnerships are established, fostered and leveraged to support a number of international and domestic volunteering programs, recruitment and mobilisation services and shared value initiatives.
By combining our extensive cross-sector networks with an evidence-based approach, we invite partners to join us, supporting economic, social and environmental change for communities in our region and beyond.
And as we work together to co-design and support initiatives that stimulate sustainable outcomes, rewarding, long-term relationships are forged.
If you are an Australian organisation – from any sector – interested in working with AVI to explore ways we can support positive, sustainable change in our world, we want to hear from you.

JoZaSo (formerly the Sustainable Tourism Hub) is a joint initiative between AVI and Intrepid Group, funded by DFAT’s Business Partnership Platform (BPP) in Myanmar. Through this shared value project, AVI and Intrepid Group combine their skills and experience to support responsible tourism and provide a platform for the tourism industry, the corporate sector and small to medium enterprises (SMEs).
Together, we’ve worked with local organisations and individuals to curate a wide range of exciting, authentic opportunities from local operators. Each business owner is a trusted partner, ready to show off the best that Myanmar has to offer.
